What we collect When you book a class or create an account, we collect your name, your email address, your mobile phone number if you choose to give it, your class booking history, and the payment status of each booking. Payment happens outside this website, by Zelle, and we never collect or store card details.

Why we use it Only to run your bookings: to hold your spot, to send booking confirmations, class reminders, cancellation notices and waitlist offers, and to let the studio owner manage her classes and rosters.

Who we share it with We use a small number of service providers to run the studio, and each one processes your information only on our behalf and only for the purpose named here: Resend (email), Twilio (text messages), Google Calendar (class invites) and Railway (hosting for the website and its database). Your personal information is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Text messages We only text you if you asked us to: by ticking the box when you book on the website, or by giving the studio owner verbal consent. Texts are limited to booking confirmations, class reminders, cancellation notices and waitlist offers for your own classes. Reply STOP to any text to stop them; your bookings are not affected and confirmations continue by email. The full text-message program details are in our Terms.

How long we keep it We keep your details for as long as you have an account or bookings with us, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. To have your information deleted, email ayala@getfitdone.co from the address on your account; we will delete it within 30 days, keeping only what we are required to keep for bookkeeping.

Cookies The website uses a session cookie to keep you signed in, and a preview-access cookie while the site is being set up. There are no advertising or analytics trackers.

Children The service is not directed at anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email ayala@getfitdone.co and we will delete it.
